**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the assembly of solar cells into panels
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Basic understanding of solar technology (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
