**Expectations for both requirements**:

- Should be able to lead an audit team of 2 - 3 persons
- Should be able to handle and handhold article clerks in completing their tasks
- Should possess good communication skills to liaise with the clients and the Statutory authorities during representations
- Should possess fairly in-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Act and the Companies Act.
- Preference shall be given for those who seem mínimal leave for CA Final exams
- Should be able to supervise/monitor the teams
- Should be independently able to take calls during Audit
- Independently finalise Audits or other engagements with the clients
- Good at descriptive writing
- Good at sharpening the skills of the team.

Those who have completed both the groups of CA Inter, to gain adequate exposure during Articleship tenure in multiple domains.
