**Job Summary**
THE INSURANCE RENEWAL IN-CHARGE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A INSURANCE SECTOR OF GENERAL & LIFE BOTH.
HE/SHE SHOULD HAVE FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL TYPE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES CHARGES & THEIR COVERAGE'S. HE/SHE SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO CONVERT THE CUSTOMERS WITH OUR DEALS.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1.TO ANALYZE DAILY BASIS REVENUE & MAKE EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO INCREASE IT.
2. TO MAKE DAILY HOME VISIT PLANS FOR TEH TEAM TO GENERATE LEADS.
3. TO MAKE NEW STRATEGIES FOR THE GROWTH OF THE INSURANCE REVENUE.
**Qualifications and Skills**
MUST HAVE GRADUATE OR POST GRADUATE DEGREE IN ANY STREAM.
IF WITH B.COM OR P.G.D.B.M. ,MBA WITH INSURANCE & MARKETING WILL BE MORE PREFERABLE.
