**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and appealing packaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message and meet product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Utilize industry-specific knowledge and trends to create innovative and eye-catching packaging designs that stand out in the market.
- Incorporate branding elements, product information, and legal requirements into packaging designs while maintaining visual consistency and adherence to guidelines.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts to internal stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, software tools, and advancements in the packaging industry to continuously enhance design capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and production teams to oversee the production process and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain organized digital asset management, including file naming, version control, and archiving, to ensure easy retrieval of design files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design in the industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of packaging design principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp).
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production processes.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
- Prior experience working closely with printers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
