The focus is on maximizing a child or young person’s physical ability within their everyday activities at home, in education and in their community and support to develop their self-management and independence.

**Requirements**:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (Min 1 yr experience is mandatory)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge in handling Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other childhood disorders.
- Primary work would be conducting one on one therapy sessions for kids by utilizing behaviour analytic principles.
- Knowledge in psychometric assessment(especially IQ tests) and psycho-diagnostic.
- Able to handle a wide variety of psychometric tools, and have knowledge in DSM-5 and ICD-10/11.
- Conduct psychological assessments and/or tests for diagnostic purposes.
- Develop an individualized treatment plan for each child.
- Educate family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors.
- Recommend rehabilitation or intervention programs to overcome developmental issues.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Communicate in Tamil & English Language
- Should have good report writing skills and computer knowledge.
- Able to provide Psycho-education to the immediate family members.

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
