**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Salary Range**: Rs 12,000 - 30,000 Fixed + Incentives based on performance
- Higher ROAS

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS.
- Create engaging graphic designs using Canva for various digital platforms.
- Oversee social media accounts and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create captivating Reels to attract and engage the target audience.
- Develop and maintain Wordpress websites using Elementor, ensuring user-friendly design and functionality.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ad management, Google Ad, Canva Graphic Designs, Social Media Management, and Reel creation.
- Experience in Wordpress website creation using Elementor.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven track record of achieving higher ROAS in subscription-based service sales.
