Algoqa Trainer

**Job description**

As AlgoQA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge in automating testing using AlgoQA. You will be responsible for providing hands-on training to users and customers, creating and managing training schedules, and ensuring that the training programs are effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on training and mentoring to users and customers to ensure they are able to automate testing using algoQA
- Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and delivery methods that align with the needs of the learners and the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing.
- Develop training content, collaborate with technical writers to improve Wiki

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have had experience in training content development and training delivery
- At least 2-3 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Knowledge of multiple automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels.
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.
