**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for performing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our back-office processes.
**RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Handle routine office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct periodic reviews of data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, update, and organize documentation and reports as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in back-office operations or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
