Kunato is an AI economics research and deployment company at the forefront of quantifying information commerce. The firm has developed the first information value-based system that predicts, quantifies, dynamically prices and indexes content on the internet in real-time using advanced deep learning algorithms and neural networks.

**What will you be working on?**
- Research and identify publishers that align with our objectives and target audience.
- Evaluate potential publishers based on predefined criteria including content quality, relevance, popularity, and audience reach.
- Engage in negotiations with publishers and finalise contracts with favourable terms and revenue-sharing arrangements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with publishers, acting as their main point of contact. Provide support and guidance to publishers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive and productive working relationship.
- Monitor the publishing landscape, identify trends, and explore growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and optimise publisher success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of acquired publishers. Coordinate efforts to maximise publisher success and contribute to overall company growth.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2+ years of proven experience in publisher acquisition, business development, or related roles within the publishing industry.
- Deep understanding of the publishing landscape, including knowledge of different content genres, platforms, and distribution models.
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with publishers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with publishers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets.
- Familiarity with digital publishing technologies, content management systems, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
