**Job Overview**

As an **Academic/Admission Counsellor** for **Iskoolz App**, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized guidance and support to students, parents, and educators who are using our educational platform. You will play a crucial role in assisting users in navigating the app's features, understanding academic content, and making informed decisions to enhance the learning experience. Your expertise will contribute to student success, engagement, and overall satisfaction with the Iskoolz platform.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsibility to manage & convert leads.
- To visit schools with the team to pitch and develop an in-depth understanding of our educational product, content, and technology to the students.
- Offer one-on-one/ group academic counselling to students using the Iskoolz app.
- Assist students in setting academic goals and creating personalized learning plans.
- Address academic challenges, study habits, and time management skills to improve learning outcomes.
- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
- Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to provide additional support when required.
- Work closely with educators and teachers to understand their student's needs and challenges.
- Provide training and support to educators in effectively utilizing the Iskoolz app for classroom activities and assessments.
- Assist educators in analysing student performance data and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Guide users through the Iskoolz app, ensuring they understand how to access and utilize its features effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate problems to the technical support team.
- Curate and organize educational resources, study materials, and learning aids within the Iskoolz app.
- Ensure that the app's academic content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.

**Required skills**
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an academic counsellor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educators.
- Comprehensive knowledge of academic pathways, educational resources, and learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Ability to empathize with students' needs and provide supportive guidance.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple user interactions efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle diverse user inquiries.
