We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Executive to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and handle guest inquiries and feedback.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure service excellence.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to minimize waste.
- **Menu Development and Quality Control**: Collaborate on menu development and ensure food quality meets standards.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.

Pay: ₹16,177.04 - ₹25,865.71 per month
