Job brief

Flonex Oil Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a capable Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate its supply chain

to customer satisfaction. We want to encourage business between our customers, so we take customer service seriously.

Everyone in the logistics department is responsible for responding promptly to customer questions and complaints and for

notifying customers of any delays in delivery schedules. Staying on top of all accounts and coordinating with other departments

are essential qualities to be in this position.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

1 Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

2 Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

3 Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures

4 Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements

5 Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

6 Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

7 Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

8 Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

9 Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Requirements and skills

1 Proven experience as logistics coordinator

2 Experience in customer service will be appreciated

3 Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements

4 Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

5 Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)

6 Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
