**Soft Skills & Resources Manager Job description**

ENH iSecure is looking to hire Soft Skill trainer who has a passion of training and coaching effective communication skills to employees in the organization.

Position: Soft skills & Resources Manager

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite role)

Duration : Fulltime role.

Mode of training: Classroom training

**Soft Skills Roles & Responsibilites**:
Impart training on the below topics to all employees...

1. Communication & Soft Skills training.

2. MS office (Advanced Excel)

3. Presentation skills

4. Client Communication calls

5. Interaction via Video conferencing.

7. Call etiquettes.

8. Design and develop the training programs.

9. Track regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training program.

10. Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis.

11. Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information

12. Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next

13. Basics of Java, XML.

14. Train essential traits among employees such as Teamwork, Time Management, Adaptability, Organizational skills etc.

**Resource Manager Roles & Responsibilities**:

- A resource manager is the one who helps project managers with planning and allocating resources for a project; determines an organization’s demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet staffing needs of projects; assigns employees to a project’s tasks; and participates in the hiring process.
- Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals.
- Manage overall training/cross-training, hiring recommendations based on forecasted resource needs.
- Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
- Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues.
- Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
- Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
- Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
- Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records.
- Monitoring the status of projects and work orders to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Negotiating prices with vendors in order to obtain the best rates possible.
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Managing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and hiring staff.
- Preparing reports detailing project status, costs, and other relevant information.
- Coordinating with employees to ensure that they are receiving the proper training for their jobs.
- Overseeing the procurement and management of materials and supplies needed for projects.
- Determining the type and quantity of resources that will be needed for each project.
- Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and safety to ensure that projects are completed effectively.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
