**Responsibilities**
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets, products, and platforms.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Creating graphics for marketing campaigns, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Supporting marketing and wellness team with graphic design.
- Testing all UI elements such as CTA’s, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure the creation and delivery of targeted experiences for our users.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
- Plan and implement new designs.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Test for an intuitive user experience.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- Conduct ongoing user research.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Suite
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Deep knowledge of web design principles
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and a critical thinker
- A team player who can work independently.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Asana or Trello

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proven working experience in UX design
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms, ideally in SaaS companies (Software as a Service).
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, CSS3, HTML, and Dreamweaver.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

**Where You’ll Work**

Woliba is a hybrid work model, and you’ll be working out of our Pune office location; we recognize the power of choice and the importance of flexibility, wellbeing, and Work-Life Balance (Woliba). You will be responsible for deciding the balance between in-office and remote work days per week, such as three in-office work days and two remote working days.
