Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration, and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives. Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for bank personnel.

The branch In charge manages trading functions to meet corporate financial goals. Services clients on international business issues by developing forecasts of hedging exposures.

The main role of a Forex In charge is to help prospective clients with their inquiries and increase the number of new live trading accounts. A large part of the sales activities take place over telephone calls to prospective clients

Developed understanding/experience of FX markets, and other asset classes such as interest rates, commodities, credit equities

Coverage of Corporate clients within FX

Experience in managing client hedge portfolios and restructuring

Establish a high degree of competence with clients around foreign exchange exposure

Know players in immediate work groups within the front office and support areas and what they can provide for clients

Understand salespeople have the unique challenge of balancing potentially competing for needs across clients, internal partners, and the firm

Understand the drivers of relevant markets

Client Presentations and presales activities - Coordinate with TS Sales, Bankers, and Investment Banking Sales for proactive and aggressive client calling

Maintain strong relationships with our clients, traders, and strategists

Invest time and resources to fully understand our client's needs before devising tailor-made risk management solutions for them

Strong understanding of the financial institutions, particularly sell-side institutions, participating in the FX.

Fluency in Hindi and other regional dialects, Punjabi, etc. Must be available for regular international travel across and out of India if needed.5+ years of experience in financial markets, with strong FX and buy-side investment knowledge. Demonstrable success in a high-level, complex sales environment. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, especially within the buy-side community.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
