Fireproofing Supervisor

Lead and oversee a team of fireproofing applicators.
- Analyze blueprints and project specifications to determine fireproofing needs.
- Enforce safety measures and conduct training sessions to ensure crew safety.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Generate reports detailing project progress and encountered issues
- Organize and delegate tasks to crew members for efficient project completion.
- Ensure installation of fireproofing materials adheres to manufacturer guidelines and building regulations.
- Perform quality control inspections to rectify any deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, labor hours, and project advancement.
- Collaborate with other trades on-site to minimize disruptions.
- Potentially contribute to fireproofing material selection and procurement efforts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
