**AR Caller**

**Responsibilities**
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments
- Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket to make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months’ work experience as an AR Caller in Revenue Cycle Management Process
- A brief understanding of the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
- Must possess good communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

**Salary**: Based on experience

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
