Call Centre Agent

**Required (Must Have) skills**:

- Good English Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all the customers.
- Ability to clearly understand and state the customer’s issue’s.
- Quick decision maker
- Fast Learner
- Maintain effective working team relationships with leaders.
- team player.
- Result Oriented & able to deliver within time-lines.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- knowledge of desktop computer system.
- Must have, basic computer knowledge (Basic excel and Ms-word) With Typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm.
- **Apart from salary Incentives are also there on monthly basis (Attendance bonus, performance bonus, loyalty bonus)**

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**But Those who are pursuing their graduation on semester basis can not be considered.**

**Language**:

- English only

**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
