Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Commerce
Classes: 11th to 12th

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum and board requirements.

3. Conduct regular assessments, including tests, projects, and assignments, to evaluate student progress.

4. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain high academic standards.

6. Stay updated with the latest developments in Commerce education and incorporate modern teaching methodologies.

7. Mentor students in their academic and career choices related to Commerce.

8. Organize and supervise educational trips, seminars, and workshops relevant to Commerce education.

9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

10. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Commerce or related field from a recognized university
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE/State Board curriculum for Commerce stream
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams (CA Foundation, CS Foundation, etc.)
- Knowledge of current trends in business and economics
- Ability to teach in both English and the local language
- Experience in curriculum development and academic planning
