**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Invoicing Process**: Collaborate with project accountants to facilitate the invoicing process efficiently.
- **Maintain Financial Records**: Play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records through tasks such as data entry, coding, and filing.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Support in bank reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Contribute to the tracking and management of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- **Learn Accounting Software**: Acquire proficiency in accounting software and financial tools to streamline tasks and uphold precise financial records.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Regularly communicate with project accountants and team members, providing updates on the project's financial status and addressing any concerns.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary documentation, including tax forms, invoices, and expense reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- **Commerce Background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Demonstrated proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
