**Your Profile**:
- Curating membership constructs for individuals, families and corporates
- Planning & executing calibrated growth in membership (business development)
- Driving member satisfaction and retention
- Hiring, mentoring and managing the RSC team
- Planning and executing promotional activities/events to drive community engagement
- Planning and executing pop-up clubs for the Red Experience at marquee events
- Define the Red Experience across various event formats
- Defining processes and managing the on-ground execution team
- Coordinating with marquee project teams to deliver impeccable on-ground experiences
- Creating and managing quality and budgets for execution, including but not limited to layout, services, manpower, set-up, decor, F&B, technical (audio, video, lights)
- Arranging global and local o-t-b’s for members
- Liaising with partners in India and abroad
- Streamlining operations by communicating efficiently with members, keeping meticulous records.
- Overseeing social events, creating a collaborative environment, and working to make each member feel at ease.
- Leading the programming and planning of the event calendar for the season
- Coordinating design/prep of creatives, presentations, videos, playlists & broadcasts for the community.
- Managing and coordinating ticketing, invoicing and billing across events and projects.
- Complete P&L ownership i.e. managing costs and boosting revenue via memberships and ticketing
- Coordinate with BMS Live to cross-pollinate learnings across premium experiences
- Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships across key functions including but not limited to ticketing, production, operations, f&b, product etc.
**Your Checklist**:
- Minimum 12 years of experience working in the concierge/hospitality
- hotels, restaurants, bank/credit card concierges, private member clubs etc.
- Comfortable working with VIPs/UHNIs/HNIs and key clientele.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and high fidelity to details.
- Working knowledge of all communication and productivity tools to handle member requests and to maintain their profiles.
- Ability to handle high-pressured situations in a professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely manner.
