**Respect Labs - Sales & Marketing Executive**

Location: Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Are you a driven sales and marketing professional with experience in the API, Intermediates, and Chemical industries?

**Respect Labs** is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team in Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for our API, Intermediates, and Chemical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
- Achieve set sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the API, Intermediates, and Chemical industries.
- Strong understanding of the API, Intermediates, and Chemical markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
