- CAD & Drawing preparation (components drawing and IFD)- Design of support brackets for HV wiring harness.- CAD Routing and virtual development of HV wiring harness- Wiring harness evaluation on vehicle: physical verification- Part Number creation in PLM TCUA system and release of HV wiring harness assy- Conduct DMUs prepare reports and support aggregate owners in integration- CAD & Drawing preparation for all HV powertrain components- Design of support brackets for HV components.- Part Number creation in PLM TCUA system and release of all HV components other than HV WH..- Preferred Skills & Knowledge- Should have good Presentation and Communication skills.- Should have excellent people management and conflict management skills.- Should be self-disciplined, motivated and punctual to work and job assigned.- Should be a strong Team-Player.- Knows basic selection criteria for aggregate selection, can make concept layouts, can prepare RFQ with mentor, can prepare requirement checklist with mentor guidance, and handle release process, basic knowledge in electrical / mechanical / thermal areas.- Good experience in CATIA wiring harness design & Electrical wiring harness design knowledge- Good experience in Sheet metal bracket design, CAD preparation & Sheet metal bracket design.- Experienced in TcUA product lifecycle management system
