**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agrochemist with expertise in the preparation and formulation of glyphosate-based products. As a
Glyphosate Formulation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our agricultural research and development team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of glyphosate formulations to enhance their efficacy and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Formulation Development**:
- Design and optimize glyphosate formulations to meet specific product performance criteria.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve the efficiency, stability, and safety of glyphosate-based products.
**2. Quality Control**:
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure the consistency and reliability of glyphosate formulations.
- Perform thorough analyses and testing to verify the quality and compliance of the final products.
**3. Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay informed about national and international regulations related to glyphosate and agrochemical formulations.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and requirements.
**4. Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, agronomists, and regulatory affairs professionals, to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the scale-up of glyphosate formulations.
**5. Research and Innovation**:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in agrochemicals and contribute to ongoing research efforts within the organization.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and sustainability of glyphosate formulations.
**Qualifications**:
**1. Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agrochemistry, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
**2. Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in agrochemical formulation, with a focus on glyphosate.
- Proven track record in the development and optimization of pesticide formulations.
**3. Technical Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of glyphosate chemistry, formulations, and modes of action.
- Experience with analytical techniques and equipment used in agrochemical research.
**4. Regulatory Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with national and international regulatory frameworks governing agrochemicals, especially glyphosate.
**5. Communication**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
