**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
Oversee the accurate and timely inventory management of MHE, consumables, and spare parts.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**Warehouse Operations**:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping MHE and consumables.

Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse.

Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Oversee the preventive maintenance and repair of MHE, including forklifts, BOPTs, and HOPTs.

Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and consumables.

Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the MHE rental industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MHE, particularly forklifts, BOPTs, and HOPTs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
