Our services include personalized mentorship, tackling MCQs precisely, writing the best answer(s), recommended materials by toppers, daily activity tracking, and aspirant mental health support.

**Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to UPSC aspirants to understand their career goals, strengths, weaknesses, and develop a customized study plan.

**Educational Planning**:

- Assist aspirants in creating a comprehensive study schedule, incorporating daily, weekly, and monthly goals to cover the UPSC syllabus.

**Motivation and Emotional Support**:

- Provide motivational support to keep aspirants focused and positive during the challenging preparation phase.
- Address any emotional or psychological challenges that may arise during the UPSC preparation journey.

**Information Dissemination**:

- Keep aspirants updated on the latest UPSC exam patterns, syllabus changes, and important notifications.
- Provide information on various examination stages, interview processes, and post-exam procedures.

**Mock Interviews and Personality Development**:

- Offer guidance on improving communication skills, body language, and overall personality development.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and evaluate the progress of aspirants through regular assessments and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback on strengths and areas that need improvement.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of each aspirant's progress, counseling sessions, and other relevant information.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management and aspirants as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A Graduate OR postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in successfully clearing the UPSC examinations is often preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel and guide aspirants.
- Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges faced by UPSC aspirants and remain patient throughout the counseling process.
- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and the ability to stay updated on any changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with aspirants and create a supportive learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,096.22 - ₹40,685.17 per month

**Experience**:
