As an Administrative Assistant at QHT healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks related to medical store management, patient feedback collection, follow-up and post-surgery consultation management, small procedure maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, and cashier duties. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Medical Store Management**:
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment in the medical store.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
2. **Patient Feedback**:
- Collect feedback from patients regarding their experiences with our services.
- Record and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate feedback findings to relevant departments to facilitate enhancements in patient care.
3. **Follow-up and Post-Surgery Consultation Management**:
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patient’s post-surgery or medical procedures.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and appropriate post-operative consultations.
- Assist in addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding follow-up care.
4. **Small Procedures Maintenance**:
- Support medical staff in organizing and preparing for small medical procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms and equipment.
- Assist in documenting procedure details and maintaining records.
5. **Maintenance of Infrastructure**:
- Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the facility's infrastructure.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with external vendors as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
6. **Cashier Duties**:
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and reconcile cash balances.
- Adhere to accounting procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Willingness to relocate to Haridwar, India, if not currently residing in the area.**
Salary Expectations: ₹25,000-₹50,000/per month.
