**Duration: 2** months, starting May 10, 2024 to June 30, 2024.

**Purpose**:SAATHII is seeking the services of the Client Mobilizers in UP and Mizoram for a Hepatitis C Self-Testing project implemented by PATH as consortium lead and SAATHII as one of the major implementing partners.

**About SAATHII**:SAATHII, a registered non-profit organization, was founded with a vision to stabilize and reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS in India. Over the years its mission has expanded to strengthen and scale up access to stigma-free healthcare, social protection and legal services for communities affected by HIV, TB, COVID, viral hepatitis and other conditions, as well as those marginalized on account of gender, sexuality, incarcerated status and other factors. SAATHII is headquartered in Chennai, with 11 other offices across the country.

**Background of the Project**:To support attainment of the national goal of eliminating HCV by 2030, SAATHII, with funding support from PATH, along with other partners, proposes to conduct an HCVST acceptability and usability study among those most at risk for HCV. The Intervention Study (IS), for which virtual counsellors are sought, is quantitative study to understand acceptability and usability of the self-test kits. The study will be conducted in selected districts of Mizoram and Uttar Pradesh (UP) States.

**Job overview**: The services of the Client Mobilizer is to provide services of planning, identifying, mobilising and demand generation activities for the participants at the site level in the STAR HCV ST Project and facilitating the conduct of study and the HCV Self-testing process.

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Client Mobiliser**:

- To support mobilization of the study participants for HCV Self-Test to the identified at the health facility sites.
- To conduct demand generation activities and awareness generation in identified site location of HCVST study.
- Participate in the team meetings and camps with potential study participants.
- Participate in the training programs, conducted by PATH and partners organizations.
- Support the uptake of assisted and unassisted HCV Self-Test among the study participants.
- Support in linkages to confirmatory tests, treatment and other social protection schemes, or prevention services.
- To support in data collection and maintenance of records.
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by Supervisors.

**Other support from SAATHII**:
SAATHII will provide the following support to the CM:

- Access to all required artifacts including documents and information
- Facilitate discussions on assigned activities as required

**Timings**: 10 am to 6 pm or as per the Health facility Site.
