**Responsibilities**:
- **Reception**:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle mail and packages.
- **HR Support**:
- Schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
- Conduct employee orientation and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate employee events and training.
- **Administration**:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Manage office supplies and basic maintenance tasks.
