**Steeloncall** is the largest steel trading e-commerce space in India, Breaking the traditional way of buying and selling steel products. We are currently looking for chief marketing Officer for our organisation.

As the Chief Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive growth and strengthen our brand presence in the steel industry. You will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.

The Chief Marketing Officer’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

**Chief Marketing Officer Roles &Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a company’s overall advertising and sales strategy
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
- Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the steel industry.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Negotiate advertising contacts; approve marketing campaign ideasCoordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals.
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals
- Plan campaigns with coupons, giveaways or contests to bring attention to and create interest in one of the organization’s products or services
- Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes
- Use research to identify likely customers for a product or service and then develop a pricing strategy that will induce them to purchase the product or service
- Market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

- Follow up with franchisees on daily revenue reports, social media strategies and other components of the marketing program
- Oversee our customer operations department

**Education Requirements**
- Master’s in Business Administration /Bachelor's degree/ Advanced degree in marketing
- Must have 12 -15 years + of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility

- Highly proficient in a leadership role within the same domain of **STEEL Indu**stry

**Compensation : Best in the Industry**
