**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **FLUENT IN ENGLISH**:

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable with making cold calls and handling rejection
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
