- Handle administrative requests and queries of internal staff
- Transportation management - responsible for intercity transfers for guests/visitors/auditors and daily staff bus management.
- Canteen management - responsible for end-to-end process implementation of canteen food provided by the service provider.
- Security services - responsible for contract maintenance, manpower deployment, training, plant security.
- Taking care of 3rd party payroll and assisting HR department by providing relevant employee information
- Attendance monitoring & payroll processing of contract staff
- Prepare documents & registers of administration, like employment contracts, and factory registers.
- Enter records of administrative expenses and keep the track records of payments.
- Book travel arrangements
- Arrangement of Courier, Greetings, Gifts, Invitations for Social Functions
