ESL Steel Limited is poising towards debottlenecking of its operations & has expansion plans in Jharkhand state. We are in the process of expanding in 2 phases (First phase is 1.5 MT to 3 MT) Brown field project and from 3 MT to 10 MT Green Field Project, to ensure Vedanta’s strong footprint in steel business.

**Position : Caster SMS**

**Grade: M5/M6**

**Experience: Minimum 6-10** years

**Qualification**: BE/ B.Tech in Metallurgy

**Job Purpose**: To monitor casting operations process in shift and follow the SOP of casting operation of long products and ensure safety during operations.

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. 1. To ensure casting operations in shift.

2. 2. To monitor Mould stands, Water flow, Spray water flow, tundish temperature and liquid sample

3. 3. To coordinating with Billet yard shift I/C

4. 4. To ensure recordkeeping, log Maintanance in shift operations.

5. 5. Ensuring safety compliances are adhered to HSE and ensuring housekeeping during shift
