**Urgently we are looking for**
Position - Admin & Accounts Executive
Job Location -Andheri
Experience: Min. 1 year
Minimum Qualification: B.Com
**Role**:
- Follow up with customers for **timely payments**.
- Upload **invoices & documents** on customer portals.
- Ensure invoices comply with **company & customer policies**.
- Coordinate with **branches** for document collection & verification.
- Ensure branches submit **accurate & complete** invoice documents.
- Resolve **discrepancies & missing information** with branch teams.
- Maintain records of **invoices, payments & pending dues**.
- Generate reports on **aging invoices & outstanding payments**.
- Assist finance in **account reconciliation & dispute resolution**.
- Ensure adherence to **company policies & regulations**.
- Improve **efficiency in invoicing & document submission**.
- Address **invoice-related queries** from customers & teams.
Office Timings
- 10.00am to 6.30pm
Local train pass shall be provided.
Company also offers ESIC, EPF, paid leaves and annual bonus over and above the in hand cited above.
