- As the Team Manager -Weld Shop you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Weld & pant Shop The purpose of your role will be to manage production line target as per business plan and to achieve zero failure in section.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- 1. To adhere shift wise production plan of fuel tank- 2. To ensure quality requirement of product and processes- 3. New Model coordination and Process improvement- 4.Manpower Skill Enhancement at to ensure required competency availability in shop.**A Day in the life**
- Work as shift in-charge to meet the PQCDSM target/OEE improvement/- SOP adherence of New Model Parts/Delivering within decided timelines /Defect outflow to Final Inspection/Multi skilling of Team members/Monitoring and Control of Data**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma /Btech**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- MIG and Resistance Welding Skill,- Troubleshooting correction- Managing People skill Die- Fixture skill**Behavioural Skills**
