We are looking to hire an imaginative and meticulous **Cinematographer** who not only brings the director’s vision to life but also brings new and creative ideas to the table that best tells the story at hand.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing the scripts to ensure the shoot takes place intending to fulfil the required business needs.
- Visiting location and conducting recce to scope out the requirements like equipment, lighting conditions, angles and weather conditions. Understand the business processes so that they are captured in a logical manner.
- Explain video related requirement/checklist to clients to make sure the shoot happens smoothly.
- Should be able to visualize the video scripts as per the client's requirement and direct the team to achieve them.
- Selecting and sourcing required equipment, tools, and team members.
- Conducting outdoor shoots and interviews with clients.
- Direct, encourage and motivate speakers to get the best content from them.
- Working closely with the post-production team and reviewing the footage to ensure they meet the desired outcome.
- Keeping up to date with advances in the corporate video industry and attending workshops and training sessions wherever possible.
- Expanding networks and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.
- Working with the post-production team to ensure the desired effects are preserved and that the mood of the film is maintained.
- Training crew to safely use new and modified equipment.
- Ensuring that the filming equipment is in working order and stored properly post shoots.
- Reviewing the film footage to ensure it is as per the desired outcome.

**Required skill set, Qualifications and other parameters**:

- Bachelor's degree in film, Production, or a similar discipline.
- A certified course in Cinematography is also acceptable.
- Proven work experience in the Corporate Video industry.
- Good Time Management and Organizational skills.
- Should have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Should have the ability to Lead the team.
- Passion for film, good Eye for detail, and excellent Hand-eye coordination.
- Thorough understanding of Lighting techniques, Shade, Light color, and Manipulation.
- Demonstrating good Physical stamina.
- Willingness to Travel to different locations.
