Job Title: Telecommunication Executive

Job Description:As a telecommunication executive, you will be responsible for managing communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries

2. Managing customer complaints and resolving issues

3. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers

4. Assisting customers in our latest products and services

5. Maintaining accurate customer records and providing reports as required

6. Effectively communicating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

7. Upselling and promoting products and services to customers

8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

9. Participating in training and development sessions as required

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

2. 2+ years of experience in telecom customer service, sales or related field

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database management systems

7. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends

8. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships

9. Understanding of telecom products and services

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
