Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end product listing activities, including cataloging, creating variations, monitoring listing health, and continuously improving search rankings on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create and optimize product listings with engaging titles, bullet points, and descriptions that align with high-volume keywords and product details.
- Plan and execute advertisement campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
- Monitor stock levels, plan shipments, and generate appointments to ensure maximum inventory availability and timely fulfillment on Amazon.
- Regularly analyze listing performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement listing enhancements to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Set competitive and profitable product pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create and manage promotions and sales events on various online marketplaces, such as Amazon, to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication, timely responses, and problem resolution to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Generate monthly sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience 3 years in e-commerce, product listing, advertisement campaigns, and customer relationship management, preferably in [industry or relevant field].
- Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and variation creation on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Experience in managing advertisement campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart, including optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
- Proficiency in stock management, shipment planning, and monitoring on Amazon.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to align product listings with high-volume keywords.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve listing issues.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for sales optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
