Role: Data Scientist

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description: Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Develop, validate, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of different models and strategies.
- Evaluation of algorithms based on the gathered data to determine the best approach.
- Develop visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, and update or retrain them, as necessary. **Build scalable machine learning pipelines and using feature engineering and optimization methods to improve data set performance.**:

- Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies, and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and frameworks for data science and machine learning projects. Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related role.
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages used in data analysis.
- Proficiency in using data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling/ ML and DL techniques, such regression, CART, NLP, time series analysis etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, ggplot, or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark, and database systems, such as SQL is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
