**The Role**:
As a successful applicant, you will join Enterprise Technology & Portfolio covering Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Services in Shell’s ITDO organization.

With the proliferation of cloud-based services and the elimination of traditional security perimeters such as corporate network boundaries, the role of IAM & Security has taken on an increasingly important role. We are seeking to expand our team of passionate professionals, which today handles both the protection of Shell’s existing estate and deploys new platforms and services that enable future business value.

This IT Advisor role is a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IAM Platforms and requires deep knowledge of existing Shell Enterprise technologies coupled with a good understanding of stated IAM disciplines. This includes general knowledge of authentication protocols, network dependencies, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure, Identity services, Access Management, and other necessary integration requirements.

More specifically this role will have a high focus on the Access portfolio as a SME for the Access and Privileged Access enterprise services and capabilities. These services are currently delivered through SAM on the Saviynt Cloud Hosted Platform and PAM/PAMaaS services delivered on the CyberArk toolset and technical cloud platforms.

For the IAM and Security products, this role typically performs the following: - Analysis of and at times, support in developing the Technical Design
- Independent Testing from PoC through to UAT
- Management of lower environments
- Enhancement activities for systems and services
- Configuration, Data, and system management activities
- Oversight or direct engineering of systems
- System/Service Uptake and Onboarding
- Advising/Consultation for the configuration of Cloud-Based solutions
- Working with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate End User Requirements into Technical solutions
- Working with data, dashboarding, reporting, and analysis in multiple cloud based toolsets
- Policy, Process, and Control development and design

- The interest and ability to understand the business strategy, value drivers, processes, and challenges and to use this to identify opportunities for IT to drive greater business value through technical systems that provide Enterprise Services to Shell
- Good communication and influencing skills and a collaborative approach for use in engaging with both business and IT stakeholders

Dimensions:

- Typical Years of Experience: 8+ years
- Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT

Required skills in this area are in line with Center of Excellence SMEs for the Identity & Access Management space. Capability/experience of being a SME for technical areas at a high levels required.
