Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist in daily office operations and coordination with other teams.
- Make calls to customers to share product or service information and assist with queries.
- Maintain databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
