**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Overview**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive traffic across various social media platforms. Your role involves developing compelling content, monitoring online conversations, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing innovative tactics to achieve marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:

- Create, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Research and stay updated with industry trends to optimize social media presence.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms (text, image, video, etc.).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.

**Platform Management**:

- Manage and administer social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers and influencers.
- Organize and execute social media campaigns, contests, or events to increase brand awareness.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

**Stay Abreast of Trends**:

- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to propose new ideas and strategies.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Certifications in social media management or digital marketing.
- Must be from Political Background
- Language Preferred Punjabi
