We are currently looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Trainee.

**Role description**

Our RPA team’s mission is to help and support process experts in our business functions and operations to build end-to-end process automation solutions using RPA and modern development models. In our RPA product offering, we leverage emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).

We are looking for smart, hard-working, and creative graduates, who are eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations of our RPA team. As an RPA Trainee, you will be working with both business stakeholders and IT to deliver a best-in-class automation experience. You will be working in a fast-paced international environment on a modern and well-designed automation product.

We offer you interesting and versatile assignments in the front line of business technology in international companies. You will have the possibility to become a wanted professional in a respected field. An RPA Trainee reports directly to the Product Owner for Robotic Process Automation.

**Responsibilities**

Your role is to develop, test, deploy, and support business process automation through the ASSA ABLOY automation platform. Below you’ll find a set of responsibilities for this role:

- Guide with process design.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create and support process and end-user documentation.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
- Work with Business Analysts, Process Leads, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in the role, we believe you need the following skills:

- Knowledge of Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, business and technical requirements, and System(s) Testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Energetic and passionate to learn new things
