- **FDD Accuracy**: Less than 5% rework or modifications needed after initial submission to the project team.
- **Stakeholder Feedback**: Maintain an average stakeholder satisfaction rate of 90% or above for clarity and completeness of FDDs.
- **Timeliness**: Ensure 95% of FDDs are delivered within specified deadlines.
- **Requirement Traceability**: 100% of functional requirements in FDDs should be traceable back to original business requirements.
- **Collaboration Efficiency**: Participation in and contribution to 95% of all scheduled requirement gathering and clarification meetings.
- **Change Request Efficiency**: Ensure that changes or updates to FDDs are incorporated within one working day in 90% of cases.
