ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Ability to selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise policies, and ensures they are applied effectively. Ability to work and collaborate across organization, overseeing, improving and upgrading enterprise services, software and hardware. Ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies and keep an eye out for any software, services or hardware that might improve business processes. Ability to develop evangelize the reference architecture patterns that will be used across the organization to enable standardized cloud solutions. Ability to develop evangelize best practices for DevOps CICD, Kafka, Integration Tools, Databases, Caching, Performance, API Management.- Ability to Identify and introduce new technologies, patterns that can elevate the platform across the enterprise. Able to interface with several stakeholders and influencing their conflicting objectives into a pragmatic solution Acts as a trusted advisor to the customer on both technical and business issues. Fully understands the customers' Requirements, Solutions, products and priorities and maintains a strong cross functional network. Good to HaveCertification of Togaf, Archimate, Cloud Certificarion Real world architecture experience is essential with practical experience of defining enterprise-wide technical solutions, documenting them and driving them to delivery. Good to have experience of Migrating SOA services into APIsGood to have experience on GCP, AWS and AzureGood to have experience on Data and Architecture governance Good to have experience of Architecture review board and Architecture Governance. Should be able to create the execution roadmap and estimate the efforts.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner.- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
