**AR Executive**

**To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria**:

- 1+ Years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for USA healthcare providers.
- Fluent verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of taking claims status through various payer portals
- Calling payers for following up on unpaid claims and ensuring timely payment
- Sound knowledge of various type of denials and resolution of the same.
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for denials, non-payment, and use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/underpayments/non-payments
- Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for the claim follow-up

**Required skill set**
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
- Good understanding of the overall Revenue Cycle Management to effectively work on AR.
- Basic working knowledge of computers
- Good keyboarding skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
