**Role Description**:

- This is a full-time on-site role in Coimbatore for an Academic Advisor.
- The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic advice and career counseling to students, engaging in student counselling, and guiding students throughout their academic journey.
- They will work closely with students to develop academic goals, ensure academic success, and provide support in areas that may be hindering their progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising is preferred.
- A strong background in education, or a related field, is desired.
- Relevant qualifications and skills may include: A master's degree in education, counselling, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the various career paths available to students post-graduation, along with the ability to guide students toward career paths that may pique their interest, is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹14,216.14 - ₹35,000.00 per month
