**Job Title: Back Office Assistant - Social Media and Admissions**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.

**2. Lead Sheet Maintenance**:

- Maintain a comprehensive lead sheet with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Regularly update lead status and share insights with the admissions team.
- Provide information about our programs, admission requirements, and benefits.

**4. Hybrid Work Model**:

- Work remotely for the majority of tasks.
- Attend occasional in-office meetings to collaborate with team members and discuss strategies.
- Utilize virtual communication tools for seamless collaboration.

**5. Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Prepare necessary materials and documentation for meetings.
- Assist in organizing events or webinars related to admissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
- Basic knowledge of the education sector and admissions processes is a plus.
