This is a full-time on-site WordPress Designer role located in Kolkata. The WordPress Designer will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Designers will also be expected to create and optimize graphics and other visual design elements, as well as perform front-end development and maintain the website's responsiveness. This position will work closely with other members of the design and development team, as well as clients.

**Skills**:

- Web Design and Graphic Design skills.
- +3 years experience in creating and optimizing graphics and other visual design elements.
- Proficiency in front-end development and experience maintaining responsive web design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Experience working collaboratively with other members of a design and development team, as well as clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and practices is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools is preferred.
- **Knowledge about WordPress with Page Builders**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping techniques.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is must.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- **Effective knowledge about WordPress**:

- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and process.

**Experience**:

- WordPress: 3 years (preferred)
- Web design: 2 years (preferred)
- Front-end development: 2 years (preferred)
- Debugging: 2 years (preferred)
- HTML5: 2 years (preferred)
- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
