Job Title: M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing Tutor

Job Summary:
As an M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing Tutor, you will be responsible for providing quality education and training to Allied health Sciences students pursuing B.Sc in Allied Health Science. You will be expected to develop and deliver course materials, assess student performance, provide academic counseling, and contribute to the development of the curriculum. Your role will also involve maintaining a current knowledge of trends and advances in the field, conducting research, and publishing scholarly works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop course syllabus, lesson plans, and instructional materials courses - Deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate interactive learning activities - Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations - Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students - Collaborate with other faculty members in the development and implementation of the curriculum - Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities to improve the quality of education. - Participate in professional development opportunities and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing - A minimum of 1 years of clinical experience at the graduate level - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working Conditions:
The M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing Tutor will be based in an academic institution and will work in a classroom or clinical setting. This position may require flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the program and students. The tutor will work closely with other faculty members, administrators, and students.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location. ( 30000-40000 per month)

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
